At The Fig Story, we ensure that all products are delivered fresh and in perfect condition. Since our product is a consumable food item, we follow a strict return policy.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 2 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, leaked, defective, or not as described.
The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products.
Consumable items where the seal is broken.
Products purchased during sale/discount unless damaged.

4. Return Approval
Once received, our team will review your request.
