At The Fig Story, we ensure that all products are delivered fresh and in perfect condition. Since our product is a consumable food item, we follow a strict return policy.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 2 days of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, leaked, defective, or not as described.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Consumable items where the seal is broken.

  • Products purchased during sale/discount unless damaged.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Approval

Once received, our team will review your request.
